Who it's for

An electrician on a ladder holding cables

White-label SEO is for agencies and freelancers whose clients ask for SEO but who don't want to build an SEO department to deliver it. The usual fits are:

  • Web designers and developers who launch sites and then get asked, "Why isn't anyone finding it?"
  • Marketing and branding agencies that handle strategy, design or email and want to offer SEO as part of a retainer.
  • Consultants and business coaches whose small business clients need practical help with search.
  • Agencies that already sell SEO but are stretched thin and need reliable fulfillment for overflow work.

The problem is the same in each case. Hiring and training an SEO specialist is slow and expensive, and one person can't cover technical audits, local SEO, content and link building equally well. Turning clients away means they find another agency, which may then pitch them your other services too.

With white-label SEO you keep the client, the relationship and the margin. We do the work behind the scenes, to the standard you would expect from your own team, and you present it under your brand.

How we do it

  1. 1

    1. Onboard your agency

We start with a call to understand your agency: the clients you serve, the services you want to offer, how you like to communicate and how you present reports. You send us your logo, brand colors and any report conventions your clients are used to. We set up your branded white-label reports so everything we produce matches your look from the first delivery.

    2. Review your client list in bulk

If you have several clients or prospects, we run their sites through bulk analysis. It checks many sites at once and gives a quick read on each one's technical health, visibility and obvious problems. That helps you decide which clients to pitch SEO to first, and it gives you a starting point for proposals.

    3. Audit each client properly

For each client you sign up, we run a full SEO audit covering technical issues, on-page problems, local listings, content gaps and backlinks. You receive it as a branded report with a prioritized plan, ready to share with your client or to use in your own presentation.

  4. 4

    4. Deliver the work

We then carry out the agreed work each month. Depending on the client that might be:

    • Local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization, citations on relevant directories, and advice on getting and answering reviews.
    • On-page SEO: titles, headings, internal links, schema and content improvements.
    • Content: blog posts, service pages and location pages written to the client's voice. You approve everything before it goes live.
    • Links: outreach for earned placements on relevant sites. We never buy links or use private networks, because that risk would land on your client and your reputation.
  5. 5

    5. Report under your brand

At the end of each month we send the report to you, not the client. You can add notes, change the wording of summaries or send it on as it is. If a client asks a technical question, forward it to us and we will give you an answer you can pass along.

How we protect your client relationships

Handing client work to another company only makes sense if you can trust it. A few ground rules keep your agency in control:

  • Your brand everywhere the client looks. Reports, audit documents and summaries carry your name, not ours. We don't add our logo, footer credits or links back to Rank Radiantly on your clients' sites.
  • No direct contact. We don't email, call or pitch your clients. If a conversation with the client would help, you decide whether we join and how we are introduced.
  • Approvals go through you. Content, major site changes and outreach targets are shared with you first, so nothing surprises you or your client.
  • Honest reporting. Reports show what was done and what changed, including months where rankings dip. You can set expectations with your client using real information.
  • Your clients stay yours. If you stop working with us, the content, reports and accounts belong to you and your client, and we hand everything over.

What you receive

For each client you receive an initial branded audit with a prioritized action plan, followed by a white-label report every month. The monthly report lists the work completed, ranking movement for tracked keywords, technical fixes, content published and links earned, all carrying your logo and colors.

You also receive the deliverables themselves: content drafts for approval, lists of fixes for developers where we can't make changes directly, and summaries written in plain English that you can paste into your own client emails.

For prospecting, bulk analysis results are available whenever you need to assess a new batch of sites. Everything is delivered to you, and nothing goes to your clients unless you ask.

Pricing: custom quote after a free review

White-label pricing depends on which services you resell, how many clients you bring and how much of each client's work we handle, so we quote after a free review of your client list and needs. You set your own retail prices.

Frequently asked questions

Something else? Call (866) 571-4320.

Will my clients know you are doing the work?

Not from us. Reports carry your branding, deliverables go to you, and we don't contact your clients directly unless you ask us to join a call. If your client needs access to their website or Google Business Profile for us, the invitation can come from an address you control.

Can I start with one client?

Yes. Starting with a single client is a sensible way to see how we work, how quickly we respond and what the reports look like, and then add more once they are comfortable.

Do you guarantee rankings for my clients?

No, and we would advise you not to promise them either. Results depend on each client's site, market and competition. What we do promise is the agreed work delivered on schedule and reports that show exactly what was done.

Who talks to the client?

You do. You own the relationship, the pricing and the communication. We give you the reports, a plain-English summary and answers to any questions your client raises, so you can present the work confidently.

Can you work on sites built on different platforms?

Yes. We work on WordPress, Shopify and other common platforms. For custom builds we can make changes directly or give your developer an exact list of fixes.

What do the white-label reports include?

They cover the work completed that month, keyword ranking movement, technical issues found and fixed, content published and links earned. They carry your logo and colors, and you can add your own notes before sending them on.

Can I resell your AI receptionist too?

Ask us. This page covers SEO fulfillment, but we are happy to talk about adding the AI receptionist or website chatbot for your clients during the free review.
