Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Rank Radiantly aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this website. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an extra, and we keep working on it as the site changes.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML. Pages use proper headings, landmarks, lists and buttons, so screen readers can follow the structure.
• Keyboard access. The main menu and the chat can be opened, used and closed with a keyboard alone.
• Visible focus. You can always see which link, button or field is selected when you move through a page with the keyboard.
• Color contrast. Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast levels.
• Alt text. Meaningful images have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Labels. Every form field, including the chat input and our contact form, has a clear label.
• Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn off or limit animations.
• Content in the page. Every page's text is in the page itself, so it works with assistive technology and without JavaScript. If the chat can't load, a plain form offers the same way to reach us.

Known limitations

The new site is still being tested with screen readers and other assistive technology, and some parts may not yet work as well as they should. If you find something that is hard to use, please tell us. Your report helps us fix it.
