One-time SEO packages

• Full refund if you cancel before we start work.
• Once work has started, completed work isn't refundable.
• If we don't deliver everything listed in your package within 30 days, we refund the part we didn't deliver, or finish it free. Your choice.

Monthly SEO plans

• Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum. After that you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice before your next billing date.
• We don't refund months that have already started, or partial months.
• If we miss the deliverables listed for a month, we credit or refund the part we missed.

AI receptionist and chatbot plans

• 14-day money-back guarantee on every AI receptionist plan: if you're not happy within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we refund that payment in full.
• After that, plans are month to month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
• We don't refund months that have already started, partial months, or extra minutes already used.

All services

• Search results are controlled by Google and other search engines, so we can't guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or sales, and refunds are never based on results.
• Backlinks and listings already published on other websites can't be refunded.
• Send refund requests to [email protected]. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
