Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or buying a service from Rank Radiantly ("we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms. If you are agreeing for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or our services.

Our services

We provide SEO services, such as local SEO, on-page and technical SEO, content, link building, AI search visibility and website work, along with AI receptionist and website chatbot plans. Each service is described on its page on this website, and our packages and plans are listed on the Pricing page. Anything in a written quote or order confirmation we send you also forms part of the agreement for that order.

Quotes and orders

Many services are quoted after a free review of your website and needs. A quote tells you the scope, price and any timeline for the work, and it is valid for the period stated on it. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote or buy a listed package or plan and we confirm it in writing. We may decline any order.

One-time SEO packages

Our one-time packages (Basic, Standard and Premium) include the work listed for each package on the Pricing page, and nothing beyond that list unless we agree to it in writing. We aim to deliver everything listed in your package within 30 days of starting work, provided we have the access and information we need from you. If we don't deliver it all within 30 days, the Refund Policy explains your options.

Monthly SEO plans

Monthly SEO plans are billed monthly in advance and include the work listed for your plan on the Pricing page.

• Every monthly SEO plan has a 3-month minimum term.
• After the minimum term, the plan continues month to month.
• You can cancel with 30 days' notice before your next billing date. Email [email protected] to cancel.
• There is no setup fee.

Work that isn't listed for your plan, or that goes beyond its monthly limits, is quoted separately.

AI receptionist and chatbot plans

AI receptionist and website chatbot plans are billed monthly in advance, have no setup fee and are month to month. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

Each receptionist plan includes a set number of call minutes each month. Unused minutes don't carry over. If your calls go over your plan's included minutes, the extra minutes are billed at your plan's extra-minute rate, on your next invoice. The included minutes and extra-minute rates for each plan are listed below.

Your responsibilities

To get good results from our work, you agree to:

• give us accurate and complete information about your business, services, hours, service area and contact details, and tell us when anything changes
• give us the access we need, such as to your website, Google Business Profile, analytics or phone setup, and keep your own passwords secure
• run a lawful business and use our services only for lawful purposes
• review and approve content, pages, profiles and scripts when we ask, and tell us promptly if anything is wrong
• make sure you have the rights to any text, images, logos and other material you give us to use
• for the AI receptionist, give any notice that calls may be recorded and get any consent required by the laws that apply to your calls, including state laws that require every party's consent, and comply with any other rules that apply to your calls and messages

If you don't give us what we need, delivery may be delayed, and we are not responsible for that delay.

Results

We work carefully and follow the published guidelines of the search engines. But search engines and AI assistants decide their own rankings and answers, and results depend on your website, your market and your competition. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, bookings, sales or revenue, or any timeframe for results.

The AI receptionist and chatbot use AI to talk with your callers and visitors. They are designed to be accurate, but they can make mistakes, and they do not replace your own judgment for important, urgent or emergency matters.

Results vary

Every business starts from a different place. What SEO achieves for you depends on your website, its history, your location, your market, how strong your competitors are, how much work is done and how you respond to the customers who find you. Two businesses that buy the same package can see very different outcomes.

Search engines and AI assistants decide

Google, Bing, Apple and other search engines decide their own rankings and change how they work often. AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews decide their own answers and which businesses they mention. We don't control any of these systems, and no SEO provider does.

What we don't guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• any ranking, a "first page" or "number one" position, or a place in the Map Pack
• being mentioned or recommended by any AI assistant
• any amount of traffic, leads, calls, bookings, sales or revenue
• any timeframe for results

What we do promise is the work described for your package or plan, done carefully and in line with search engine guidelines, and honest reporting on what we did and what changed.

Examples, scenarios and sample reports on this website show the kind of work we do and how it can help. They are illustrations, not predictions of what will happen for your business.

Past performance is not a promise

Results seen in the past, by us or anyone else, do not mean the same results will happen again. Search engines, competitors and customer behavior change over time.

The AI receptionist guarantee

Our AI receptionist plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. It covers whether you are satisfied with the service itself: how it answers your calls, captures details and sends you leads. It is not a promise of a certain number of calls, leads, bookings or sales. The terms are in our Refund Policy.

Third-party platforms

Much of our work involves platforms we don't own or control, including Google, Apple, Bing, Amazon, YouTube, Shopify and WordPress. Each platform controls its own results, features, rules and policies, and may change them, suspend listings or reject content at any time. We are not responsible for what these platforms do, and our services also rely on our own providers, such as hosting, AI, voice and telephony providers. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform's own terms.

Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full for a piece of work, you own the content we created for you in that work, such as written pages, blog posts and optimized copy. Until then, we keep ownership of it.

We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, tools, software, scripts, report formats and know-how, and of anything we made before or apart from your work. Where your deliverables include any of these, we give you a non-exclusive right to use them for your business. The AI receptionist and chatbot software is provided as a service and is not transferred to you.

You keep ownership of everything you give us, and you allow us to use it to provide the services.

Payment

Prices are listed on the Pricing page or in your quote, in US dollars. You agree to pay invoices when due. If a payment fails or is late, we may pause the service until it is paid. Questions about an invoice or a payment: email [email protected].

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• our services and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those we clearly make in writing
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, calls, leads or business opportunities
• our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim arose

Some states don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to be responsible for, and to cover our reasonable costs from, any claim that arises from the material you give us, your business, or your failure to give caller notice or get consent where required.

Termination

You can end a service as described above for its type. We may suspend or end a service if you break these terms, don't pay, use a service unlawfully or in a way that harms others, or if we can no longer provide it, with notice where reasonable. When a service ends, you pay for work done and charges already incurred, and the parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, payment and liability) continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Rank Radiantly is organized.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "updated" date on this page. Changes apply to new orders and, for ongoing plans, from your next billing date after we post them. If you don't agree to a change, you can cancel your plan as described above.
