Who it's for

Monthly SEO is for small businesses that want search to be a steady source of customers, and don't have the time or staff to do the work themselves. Most of our monthly clients are local service businesses: contractors, clinics, salons, law and accounting firms, restaurants and home services. Growing businesses with a bigger market or several locations use the higher plans.

You're a good fit if:

  • You've had one-time SEO done, and want to build on it instead of watching it fade.
  • Your Google Business Profile hasn't had a post or new photo in months and reviews go unanswered.
  • Competitors keep publishing pages and collecting links while your site stays the same.
  • You'd rather have one team handle content, links, fixes and your profile than juggle freelancers.

If you've been burned by SEO management services that sent a vague report and little else, our approach is simple: each plan lists the work we'll do every month, and every report shows that work.

The plans

Every plan is managed SEO: we do the work, you approve the direction. The prices are shown in the plan table on this page and on the Pricing page.

Local Starter is built for a single-location business. It covers Google Business Profile management with weekly posts, photos and review replies, 5 new citations a month, on-page fixes on up to 5 pages a month, one SEO blog post a month, and tracking for 10 keywords with a Google Maps ranking report.

Growth includes everything in Local Starter, tracks 25 keywords, and steps up the content to 2 blog posts, 4 editorial backlinks and 1 new service or city page every month. It adds monthly technical fixes, a monthly check of how your business appears in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, and a monthly call.

Authority builds on Growth with 50 tracked keywords, up to 2 locations, 4 blog posts, 8 editorial backlinks and 2 new pages a month. It adds AI search work (schema, llms.txt and citations), competitor tracking and a quarterly strategy review.

Custom is for 3 or more locations, online stores and nationwide campaigns, quoted after a free review.

How we do it

  1. 1

    Month one: setup and plan

We audit your site and Google Business Profile, confirm your target keywords and service areas, and set up rank tracking. We turn the audit and ranking data into a prioritized task list of next steps, which becomes the backbone of your first few months. You see the plan before we start.

    Prioritized task list
  2. 2

    Every month: the work

Each month we work through your plan's deliverables: profile posts and photos, review replies, citations, on-page fixes, blog posts, and on the larger plans, new pages and editorial links. Links come from outreach to relevant websites that publish real articles, never from bought links or networks. Routine fixes you've approved in advance, such as recurring checks and standard corrections, are low-risk tasks our team handles on a set schedule, so they don't wait on someone remembering to do them. Anything that changes how your business is presented comes to you first.

  3. 3

    Every month: review and adjust

We compare rankings, Maps visibility, traffic and Search Console data against the month before and adjust the plan. If a page is close to breaking through, it gets attention. If a topic isn't working, we change course. The task list is refreshed with the new data, so the next month's priorities reflect what actually happened rather than what we guessed at the start.

  4. 4

How content and links are chosen

Blog topics come from the questions your customers search for, not from a generic calendar. A plumber's posts might explain what to do when a water heater leaks or how to tell if a sewer line is blocked; an accountant's might cover deadlines and deductions for local business owners. New service and city pages go where there's search demand you aren't meeting yet. Every post links to the service it supports, so readers have a next step.

Editorial links follow the same logic: we look for local publications, trade sites, suppliers and associations that are a natural fit for your business, and pitch them useful articles.

  5. 5

    Keeping you in the loop

Good SEO management shouldn't need your time every week. You'll hear from us when we need a decision or information, such as photos of a recent job or details for a new service page, and otherwise you'll see the results of the month's work in your report. We send scheduled monthly reports, built as white-label reports under our own name.

This steady rhythm is what separates managed SEO services from one-off projects.

What you receive

Your monthly report is sent automatically on a schedule, so it arrives at the same time each month without chasing. It's produced as a white-label report, which means a clean, branded report under the Rank Radiantly name, easy to read and easy to forward to a partner or manager.

Each report covers:

  • Every task completed that month, with links to new posts, pages and published articles
  • Keyword rankings and your Google Maps ranking report
  • Google Business Profile activity, including posts, photos and reviews answered
  • Traffic and enquiry trends from your analytics, where tracking is set up
  • What we're working on next month, and anything we need from you

Growth clients also get a monthly call to go through the report together, and Authority clients get a quarterly strategy review on top.

What's the difference between monthly SEO and a one-time package?

A one-time package fixes and improves your site once: research, optimized pages and a set of directory listings. Monthly SEO keeps going after that, adding new content, links and pages, fixing new issues, and keeping your Google Business Profile active. Search results keep moving as competitors do their own work, so ongoing effort is how most businesses hold and build their position.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?

The first month is mostly setup and research, and much of the work, like new pages and links, takes time to be found and assessed by search engines. Three months gives the plan a fair chance to show whether it's heading the right way. After that, you stay because the work is useful, not because a contract says so.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move up to a larger plan as your needs grow, or down if a smaller plan fits better. Tell us before your next billing date and we'll adjust the work from the following month.

Which plan should an online store or a business with several locations choose?

The Custom plan. It covers businesses with 3 or more locations, online stores and nationwide campaigns, where the right amount of work depends on your size and market. We scope it after a free review.

Will I have to approve everything?

You approve the plan, the topics for new pages and posts, and any change that affects how your business is described. Routine fixes, like correcting a missing title or compressing an image, are handled without asking so the work keeps moving. You'll see every change in the monthly report.

Do you promise rankings or a number of leads?

No. Nobody can honestly promise where you'll rank or how many calls you'll get. Results depend on your site, your market and your competition. We promise to do the work listed in your plan every month, and to report on it clearly.

What do you need from me?

Access to your website, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console, plus a short conversation about your services, service area and customers. After that, a few minutes each month to review topics and answer questions is usually enough.
