What does Rank Radiantly do?
We provide SEO for small businesses in the US: local SEO and Google Business Profile work, on-page and technical fixes, content, earned backlinks, AI search visibility and SEO-friendly websites. We also set up AI receptionists that answer your calls and chatbots for your website.
What is the difference between a one-time package and a monthly plan?
A one-time package covers a fixed set of work, such as keyword research, optimizing a set number of pages and creating business directory listings, for a single payment. A monthly plan is ongoing: Google Business Profile management, new content, editorial backlinks, technical fixes and a monthly report. The pricing page lists what each includes.
Which package or plan is right for me?
It depends on your site, your market and your goals. The easiest way to find out is the free review: our team looks at your website and recommends the option that fits, with a reason. If nothing standard fits, we send a custom quote.
How long does SEO take to work?
There is no honest single answer. It depends on the state of your website, how competitive your market is and what needs doing. Some local fixes can matter sooner, while content and backlinks build over months. After the free review, we give you a realistic estimate for your situation.
Do you guarantee rankings or more leads?
No. Search engines control rankings, so no one can promise a position, traffic or a number of calls. We promise the work described in your package or plan, done properly and reported clearly. The only guarantee we offer is the 14-day money-back guarantee on AI receptionist plans.
What reports will I get?
Monthly plan clients get a monthly report covering the work done, keyword positions, Google Maps visibility for tracked keywords and what's planned next. One-time package clients get a completion report listing everything delivered. Reports are written in plain English.
What tools do you use?

Is there a contract?
One-time packages have no ongoing contract. Monthly SEO plans have a 3-month minimum and then run month to month; cancel with 30 days' notice before your next billing date. AI receptionist and chatbot plans are month to month with no setup fee.
What is your refund policy?
One-time packages are fully refundable if you cancel before we start, and if we don't deliver everything in the package within 30 days we refund the undelivered part or finish it free. What do you need from me?
Information about your services, the area you serve and the customers you want. For local work, manager access to your Google Business Profile. For page changes, access to your website. We explain exactly what's needed and why, and we never ask for passwords through the chat.
Do you build backlinks, and are they safe?
Yes. Packages include business directory listings on real, trusted sites, Premium adds 2 guest articles on relevant websites, and you get a report showing each one. The Growth and Authority monthly plans add editorial links from real articles on relevant websites, earned through outreach. We don't buy links from link farms or private blog networks.
Can you help my business show up in ChatGPT and AI search?
We work on the things those tools rely on: clear answers on your site, schema markup, consistent business information and mentions on other websites. Our Growth plan includes a monthly check of how you appear in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. We can't control what an AI tool says, but we can improve what it has to work with.
