Guest Posting Services
Guest posting services that place useful, well-written articles on real websites your customers and industry already read, each one linking back to a page you want to rank.
What's included
- A shortlist of relevant websites, vetted for real traffic, real readers and editorial standards
- Topic ideas matched to each site's audience, not recycled from one article to the next
- Blogger outreach and pitching to editors on your behalf
- Original articles written by our writers, researched and edited before submission
- One contextual link per article to the page on your site that fits the topic
- Your approval of every topic, and of the draft if you want it
- Revisions requested by the host site's editor, handled by us
- A live-link check after publication and a record of every placement
Who it's for
A guest post does two jobs at once: it earns a link from a site Google already trusts on your topic, and it puts your business in front of readers who may never have searched for you. That combination suits businesses whose expertise is their selling point.
Guest posting works well for:
- Professional firms, such as law, accounting, insurance and financial planning, where a thoughtful article on a trade or local site builds credibility as well as links
- Specialist contractors and installers who can explain a problem better than the generic content that ranks for it
- B2B service companies trying to reach buyers who read industry blogs and newsletters
- Online stores with a niche product, where hobby and enthusiast blogs are the natural place to be mentioned
- Clinics and wellness practices, provided the article is reviewed for accuracy before it goes out
It is a poor fit if what you want is a large number of links quickly. Placements on real sites depend on editors saying yes, and editors are busy. It is also worth fixing thin or unclear pages on your own site before sending readers to them, because a guest post that links to a weak page wastes a good placement.
If you have been offered guest posts on "high authority" sites that cover every topic from crypto to cookware, that is exactly the kind of placement we avoid.
How we do it
- 1
1. Vet the sites before anyone writes a word
We check each potential host with a domain analysis, which summarizes a site's search visibility and the keywords it ranks for. We are looking for a real audience and a clear topic, not just a strong-looking score. Then we read the site itself: whether posts are edited, whether authors are named, whether the comments and social shares look human, and whether it publishes everything it is sent. Sites that fail on any of those are cut.

2. Decide what each article should link to
Before pitching, we review your own links with a backlink analysis to see which pages already have support and which have none. A guest post is most useful pointing at a service or category page that ranks just below where it should, or at a helpful resource that deserves more attention. Your home page usually has enough links already.

3. Pitch topics editors will want
We propose two or three topics per site, shaped around what that site's readers care about and what you know better than most. Editors turn down pitches that read like advertising, so the angle is always useful first and promotional never.
- 4
4. Write, edit and submit
Accepted topics go to our writers with a brief covering the host site's style, length and linking rules. Drafts are fact-checked, edited for clarity and sent to you if you want to review them. We then submit to the editor and handle any changes they request.
- 5
5. Confirm the placement
When the article goes live, we check that it is indexable, that the link is in place and points to the agreed page, and that the anchor reads naturally. We recheck placements each month, and if a link is removed we record it rather than quietly counting it.
- 6
6. Learn from what gets published
Every few months we look back at which placements were accepted fastest, which sites sent visitors, and which supported pages moved in search. Repeating the backlink analysis shows how your link mix is changing, including links from other sources, so we can see whether the guest posts are filling the gaps we set out to fill. Sites that respond well get follow-up pitches on fresh topics; sites that go quiet are replaced. Over time the shortlist gets sharper, and the articles get placed on the kinds of sites that suit your business best.

What you receive
Before outreach begins, you receive the vetted site shortlist with a note on why each site made the cut, plus the pages on your site we plan to support.
Every month after that, your report lists:
- Each published guest post, with its live URL, headline and host site
- The page on your site each article links to and the anchor text used
- Pitches sent, accepted, declined or still waiting on the editor
- Topics approved and in writing for next month
- A recheck of earlier placements, flagging any link that has been changed or removed
You also get a copy of every article as submitted, so you have a record of what was published under your name. Questions about any placement get a reply within one business day.

Is guest posting still safe for SEO?
Guest posting is fine when the article is written for the host site's readers and published on a site with its own audience. What Google warns against is guest posting at scale purely for links: spun articles, keyword-stuffed anchors and sites that publish anything for anyone. Our process is built around the first kind and avoids the second.
Which websites will my articles appear on?
Sites that are relevant to your industry, your location or your customers, such as trade blogs, local publications, supplier and partner sites, and niche resources your buyers read. We share the shortlist with you before we pitch, and you can strike any site you don't want your name on.
Do I get to approve the articles?
You always approve the topic. You can also review the draft before it goes to the editor, which we recommend for regulated fields like law, finance and health. Once the host site publishes, the editor controls the page, so changes after that point need their agreement.
Who writes the guest posts?
Our writers, working from your input and our research. For topics that need your expertise, such as a lawyer explaining a local process or a contractor explaining a repair, we send a few short questions and build the article around your answers. That keeps it accurate and makes it read like it came from you.
What kind of anchor text do you use?
Mostly your business name, a plain URL or a natural phrase that describes the page. We use a keyword-rich anchor only occasionally, where it reads naturally in the sentence. A profile full of exact-match anchors looks manufactured, and we would rather avoid that than chase a short-term effect.
What is the difference between guest posting and blogger outreach?
Blogger outreach is the wider process of contacting site owners to get a mention, a review, a resource listing or a guest article. Guest posting is one outcome of it, where we write the article. We do both, and the monthly report shows which placements came from which approach.
How is a guest post different from a sponsored post?
A guest post is accepted by an editor because the article is useful to their readers. A sponsored post is paid advertising, and Google expects its links to be marked as sponsored so they pass no ranking credit. We focus on editorial placements and avoid sites whose business model is selling posts to anyone who asks.
