Who it's for

A person checking a smartphone next to a coffee and notepad

Customers are starting to ask AI tools the questions they used to type into Google: "Who's a good family dentist near me?", "What does a roof inspection include?", "Best accountant for a small restaurant in Tampa?". The answers name some businesses and not others, and many owners have no idea whether they are among them or what is being said about them.

Our AI SEO services are for businesses that:

  • Rank reasonably well on Google but have never checked what ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity say when asked about their service
  • Have noticed AI Overviews appearing above the results for their main searches and want to know where they stand
  • Suspect AI tools describe them inaccurately, with old hours, a former address, services they no longer offer or the wrong service area
  • Compete in fields where customers research carefully before choosing, such as legal, medical, financial, home improvement and B2B services
  • Want to prepare for AI search sensibly, without paying for hype

As an AI SEO agency, we treat this as an extension of good search work, not a separate trick. If your site has basic problems, like missing service pages, inconsistent listings or no Google Business Profile, we fix those first, because they affect traditional rankings and AI search engine optimization alike.

How we do it

  1. 1

    1. Check where you stand today

We build a list of the questions your customers actually ask: service plus city, comparisons, costs, "best" and "near me" questions, and a few about your business by name. Our AI search visibility tracking runs those questions across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity and records which businesses and sources each answer mentions. Because AI answers vary from one run to the next, we look at patterns across many questions rather than any single response.

    2. Find out what AI tools believe about you

Next, we ask AI models to describe your business directly and capture what they say about your services, location, strengths and reputation. We compare that with the facts. Gaps are common: an old phone number, a service you dropped years ago, a narrower area than you actually cover, or simply "not enough information".

  3. 3

    3. Trace the sources

When a competitor appears and you don't, we look at the sources the answer relied on. Often it is a directory, a review site, a local news mention, a "best of" list or a competitor page that answers the question clearly. That tells us where your business needs to be present and what information it needs to show.

  4. 4

    4. Fix the facts and fill the gaps

We correct outdated or inconsistent details across your website, Google Business Profile and key citations, so every source tells the same story. We rewrite or add pages that explain your services, areas and pricing factors plainly, with answers near the top that a tool could quote. Where it fits, we add structured data so machines can read your business details reliably.

  5. 5

    5. Publish an llms.txt file

We create an llms.txt file for your site, listing the pages that best describe your business with a short summary of each. It takes little effort and does no harm, but it is one small signal among many, not a switch that turns on AI visibility.

    6. Re-measure every month

We rerun the same question set each month so the comparison is fair, and track mentions, which sources get cited, and whether descriptions of your business become more accurate. Results depend on your market, your competitors and how the AI tools change, so we report what we see, including when nothing has moved.

What you receive

After the first month you receive a baseline report containing:

  • The question set we test, which you can add to at any time
  • Where you appear, and where you don't, across ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity
  • The competitors and sources mentioned in your place
  • A perception summary comparing what AI tools say about you with the facts
  • A prioritized fix list with what we will do and anything we need from you

Every month after that, your AI visibility report shows changes in mentions and sources, the fixes completed, and what is planned next. It sits alongside your standard Google rankings so you can see both pictures side by side. Each report includes sample answers, quoted as the tools gave them, so you can read exactly what a customer would have seen rather than rely on a score. If something in the report raises a question, email [email protected] and you will hear back within one business day.

Can you get ChatGPT to recommend my business?

No one can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. AI tools decide what to say based on many sources and change their answers often, even for the same question. What we can do is make sure accurate, consistent information about you exists in the places these tools draw on, and measure whether you appear more often over time.

Is AI SEO different from regular SEO?

It overlaps a lot. AI tools lean heavily on content that already ranks, well-known directories, reviews and clear website content, so good SEO is the foundation. The differences are in measurement, since you need to check AI answers directly, and in emphasis: consistent facts about your business, clearly written answers and structured data matter even more.

Which AI tools do you track?

ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity. Those are the ones small business customers are most likely to use for local and service questions today. If your customers rely on another tool, tell us and we will look at it.

Why does ChatGPT describe my business wrongly?

Usually because the information it found is outdated, inconsistent or thin. An old directory listing with your previous address, a service you stopped offering still mentioned on a page, or a site that barely explains what you do can all feed wrong answers. The perception review finds these, and we fix what we can at the source.

What is llms.txt, and does it matter?

It is a proposed plain-text file that lists the most useful pages on your site for AI systems to read. Not every AI company has said it uses the file, so we treat it as a small, low-cost step rather than the main lever. The bigger levers are clear content, consistent facts and a strong presence in trusted sources.

Will AI search replace Google for my customers?

Nobody knows how quickly habits will shift. What is clear today is that Google itself shows AI Overviews on many searches, and some customers ask chat tools for recommendations. Working on both fronts means you aren't betting the business on either one.

Do reviews affect what AI tools say about me?

They can. AI answers about local businesses often draw on review platforms and your Google Business Profile, and they sometimes summarize what reviewers say. We don't write or buy reviews, but we can help you ask real customers consistently and reply to reviews well, which gives these tools more accurate material to work from.
