How long does it take to see results?

Can I get a refund?
For one-time packages, you get a full refund if you cancel before we start, and if we don't deliver everything in your package within 30 days we refund the undelivered part or finish it free. Monthly plans are credited or refunded for any deliverables we miss. Every AI receptionist plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are never based on rankings or traffic. What do you need from me to get started?
Information about your services, the area you serve and the customers you want more of. Access to your Google Business Profile for local work, and access to your website where the work involves changing pages. We will explain exactly what access is needed and why. Please never send passwords through the chat.

How do I pay?

Can I upgrade from a one-time package to a monthly plan?
Yes. If you upgrade within 30 days of buying a one-time package, what you paid for the package is credited to your first month.
Why do some services say custom quote?
Projects such as new websites, online stores, businesses with three or more locations and nationwide campaigns vary too much for a fixed price. We review what you need first and then send an exact quote.
Is the website chatbot included with SEO?
Yes. The website chatbot is free with any monthly SEO plan. You can also take it on its own, or as part of an AI receptionist plan.
